Appointments

You don't need an appointment to be seen at Executive Express Chiropractic. But, it's probably not a bad idea to let us know when you want to come for your 1st Visit.

Your first visit will take a little bit of extra time because we need to meet with you to discuss the reason for your visit, and check you out to find out what's wrong…as well as deliver your first treatment.

You can walk-in and start everything from scratch…which will be a surprisingly smooth experience. Or, you can tell us when you will be here (see hours of operation below) so we can prepare for your arrival (recommended).

To streamline the process you can fill out our online secure in-take form so that we can setup your file, and the doctor can review your case history before you arrive. In addition, if you would like us to verify your insurance benefits before you arrive, you can include your insurance information on the online in-take form. This is best if you would like to use your insurance on the first visit, as it often takes a little time to verify benefits.

If you are a cash patient or have a deductible on your insurance, don't worry…Your first visit will only be $99.00, including the first treatment.

So, here's what to do:

1. Fill out our secure online intake form.

2. Tell us when to expect you (on the intake form).

3. Provide your insurance information (on the intake form).

4. Come to your appointment at your desired time.

5. Prepare to be impressed.

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am-1:00pm
