Dr. Dave Schlute grew up in Colorado and attended Colorado State University where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science. He then went on to get licensed as a Massage Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer, and worked for 5 years as a therapist and trainer to help various people improve their health. His clients included movie producers, actors and actresses, professional athletes, and CEO's of companies, as well as normal everyday people and weekend warriors. An avid athlete himself, Dr. Schulte competed in triathlons, road races, and cycling events, even coming in first in the MS 100 bike ride in 2003.

Through all of the training combined with some poor postural habits, Dr. Schlute developed three herniated discs in his low back. The pain was so bad that he could barely stand up or walk, and the medical doctors had him on Vikoden and muscle relaxers, yet he was still in excruciating pain. It was then that he decided to try Chiropractic care. After only 2 weeks of getting adjusted by a Chiropractor, he was 100% out of pain and competing competitively again. It was then that he knew he wanted to become a Chiropractor simply because of the incredible results he got that no other treatment produced.

Dr. Schlute graduated from Chiropractic school in 2007 and received the "Most Outstanding DC for 2007-2008" Award by the California Chiropractic Association. He then owned and operated his own practice in Long Beach before finding his way to San Francisco, and began working for Executive Express Chiropractic owned by the distinguished and reputable Dr. Eben Davis. Dr. Schlute combines his expertise and experience in Chiropractic, massage, Kinesiotaping methods, stretching, and spinal decompression (DRX 9000) at Executive Express Chiropractic to get phenomenal results quickly.
